President, Rivka Arad, is a dynamic mentor, presenter and motivational speaker with experience in the United States, Latin America, Europe, India and Israel. As president of Executive ETC since 1997 Rivka has presented training programs to small, large and multi-national companies, programs that are designed to increase productivity in multi-cultural environments.

Rivka started her career in the field of Education. She earned her BA and MA Ed from Hebrew American University in Los Angeles CA. As a world traveler she realized from first-hand experience that business success requires the understanding of clients’ culture. Rivka is a proven expert in cross-cultural communication, her audio-visual material is currently being used to train executive teams in global corporations.

Rivka’s seminars and coaching sessions are designed to mentor management on business expansion across borders, best presentation techniques, effective negotiation, and successful deal closing. She works with leadership across a wide range of industries. She designs programs focused on employee motivation, helping them to establish a cohesive and effective team.
